Section 1a(19)(A)(x) of the Commodity Exchange Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1a(18)(A)(x) ), as so redesignated by section 304(b)(1) of this Act, is amended by striking “or an exempt board of trade”. Section 12(e)(1)(B)(i) of such Act ( 7 U.S.C. 16(e)(1)(B)(i) ) is amended by striking “or exempt board of trade”.
