Section 23(g) of the Commodity Exchange Act ( 7 U.S.C. 26(g) ) is amended— in paragraph (2)— in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking or fiscal year limitation ; in subparagraph (A), by striking ; and and inserting , without fiscal year limitation; ; and in subparagraph (B), by striking thereunder. and inserting , the total amount of which shall not exceed $5,000,000 per fiscal year. ; in paragraph (3)(A), by striking unless the balance of the Fund at the time the monetary judgment is collected exceeds $100,000,000 and inserting , but only to the extent that the resulting balance of the Fund does not exceed $50,000,000 ; and by redesignating paragraph
