Section 115 of the Justice for Victims of Trafficking Act of 2015 ( Public Law 114–22 ; 129 Stat. 243), as amended by section 125, is further amended by adding at the end the following: There is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of State to carry out this section $250,000 for each of fiscal years 2018 through 2021, including to provide compensation to members of the Council in accordance with subsection (f). .
