Section 107(b)(2)(A) of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 ( 22 U.S.C. 7105(b)(2)(A) ) is amended by striking programs for and all that follows and inserting the following: programs for victims of human trafficking, including programs that provide trauma-informed care or long-term housing options to such victims who are— between the ages of 12 and 24 and who are homeless, in foster care, or involved in the criminal justice system; transitioning out of the foster care system; or women or girls in underserved populations. .
