(5)of section 4108 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 7118 ) is amended— in subparagraph (H), by striking “or” at the end; in subparagraph (I), by striking the period at the end and inserting “; or”; and by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: educating children on the signs and dangers of severe forms of trafficking in persons (as such term is defined in section 103(9) of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 ( 22 U.S.C. 7102(9) )). .
