Sec. 207. Report on recipients of funding from the United States Agency for International Development

Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, and by October 1 of each of the following 4 years, the Administrator of the United States Agency for International Development shall submit to the Committee on Foreign Affairs and the Committee on Appropriations of the House and the Committee on Foreign Relations and the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate a report describing, with respect to the prior fiscal year— each obligation or expenditure of Federal funds by the Agency for the purpose of combating human trafficking and forced labor; and with respect to each such obligation or expenditure, the program, project, activity, primary recipient, and any sub-grantees or sub-contractors.
