Section 508(c)(1) of the Federal Crop Insurance Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1508(c)(1) ) is amended by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: Crops for which the producer has elected under section 1117 of the Agriculture and Nutrition Act of 2018 to receive agriculture risk coverage and acres that are enrolled in the stacked income protection plan under section 508B shall not be eligible for— coverage based on an area yield and loss basis under paragraph (3)(A)(ii); or supplemental coverage under paragraph (4)(C). . Section 508(c)(4)(C) of the Federal Crop Insurance Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1508(c)(4)(C) ) is amended— by striking clause (iv); and by redesignating clause
(v)as clause (iv).
