Section 601 of the Rural Electrification Act of 1936 ( 7 U.S.C. 950bb ) is amended— in subsection (k), by striking paragraph
(1)and inserting the following: For loans and loan guarantees under this section, there is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary $150,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023, to remain available until expended. ; and in subsection (l), by striking 2018 and inserting 2023 .
