Section 207(f)(4) of the Food for Peace Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1726a(f)(4) ) is amended— in subparagraph (A)— by striking $17,000,000 and inserting 1.5 percent ; and by striking 2014 through 2018 the first place it appears and inserting 2019 through 2023 ; and by striking 2018 the second place it appears and inserting 2023 ; and in subparagraph (B)— in clause (i), by striking 2018 and inserting 2023 ; and in clause (ii), by striking chapter 1 of part I of .
