Section 9011 of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 ( 7 U.S.C. 8111 ) is amended— in subsection (a)(6)— in subparagraph (B)— in clause (ii)(II), by striking and at the end; in clause (iii), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: algae. ; and in subparagraph (C)— by striking clause (iv); and by redesignating clauses
(v)through
(vii)as clauses
(iv)through (vi), respectively; and in subsection (f)— by amending paragraph
(1)to read as follows: There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section $25,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023. ; and by amending paragraph
(3)to read as follows: Effective for fiscal year 2014 and each subsequent fiscal year, funds made available under this subsection shall be available for the provision of technical assistance with respect to activities authorized under this section. .
