Section 11(t) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 2020(t) ) is amended— by striking the heading and inserting , Grants for Simplified Application and Eligibility Determination Systems and Improved Access to Benefits in paragraph
(1)by striking implement— and all that follows through the period at the end, and inserting implement supplemental nutrition assistance program simplified application and eligibility determination systems. , and in paragraph (2)— by amending subparagraph
(B)to read as follows: establishing enhanced technological methods that improve the administrative infrastructure used in processing applications and determining eligibility; or , by striking subparagraphs
(C)and (D), and by redesignating subparagraph
(E)as subparagraph (C).
