The Soil and Water Resources Conservation Act of 1977 ( 16 U.S.C. 2001 et seq.) is amended— in section 5(e) ( 16 U.S.C. 2004(e) ), by striking and December 31, 2015 and inserting December 31, 2015, and December 31, 2022 ; in section 6(d) ( 16 U.S.C. 2005(d) ), by striking , respectively and inserting , and a program update shall be completed by December 31, 2023 ; in section 7 ( 16 U.S.C. 2006 )— in subsection (a), by striking and 2016 and inserting , 2016, and 2022 ; and in subsection (b), in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking and 2017 and inserting , 2017, and 2023 ; and in section 10 ( 16 U.S.C. 2009 ), by striking 2018 and inserting 2023 .
