Sec. 10109. Multiple crop and pesticide use survey

The Secretary, acting through the Director of the Office of Pest Management Policy, shall conduct a multiple crop and pesticide use survey of farmers to collect data for risk assessment modeling and mitigation for an active ingredient. The Secretary shall submit to the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency and make publicly available the survey described in subsection (a). Of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the Secretary shall use to carry out this section $500,000 for fiscal year 2019, to remain available until expended.
There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section $2,500,000, to remain available until expended. Section 1770 of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 7 U.S.C. 2276 ) is amended— in subsection (a)— by striking
