Section 4002(b) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act ( 42 U.S.C. 300u–11(b) ), as amended by section 3103 of Public Law 115–96 , is amended by striking paragraphs
(4)through
(9)and inserting the following: for fiscal year 2019, $900,000,000; for each of fiscal years 2020 and 2021, $950,000,000; for each of fiscal years 2022 and 2023, $1,000,000,000; for each of fiscal years 2024 and 2025, $1,300,000,000; for each of fiscal years 2026 and 2027, $1,800,000,000; and for fiscal year 2028 and each fiscal year thereafter, $2,000,000,000. .
