Section 208(a) of the North Korea Sanctions and Policy Enhancement Act of 2016 ( 22 U.S.C. 9228(a) ) is amended in the matter preceding paragraph (1)— by inserting 201A, after 104, ; and by inserting 302A, 302B, after 209, . Section 208(b) of the North Korea Sanctions and Policy Enhancement Act of 2016 ( 22 U.S.C. 9228(b)(1) ) is amended— by inserting 201A, after 104, in each place it appears; and by inserting 302A, 302B, after 209(b), in each place it appears. Section 208(c) of the North Korea Sanctions and Policy Enhancement Act of 2016 ( 22 U.S.C. 9228(c) ) is amended in the matter preceding paragraph (1)— by inserting 201A, after 104, ; and by inserting 302A, 302B, after 209(b), .
Section 402(2) of the North Korea Sanctions and Policy Enhancement Act of 2016 ( 22 U.S.C. 9252(2) ) is amended— in subparagraph (D), by striking and at the end; in subparagraph (E), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: planning for unrestricted family reunification meetings, including for those individuals in the Korean-American community who maintain family ties with relatives in North Korea. .
