Sec. 107. Report on cooperation between North Korea and Iran

Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, and annually thereafter for 5 years, the President shall submit to the appropriate congressional committees a report that includes— an assessment of the extent of cooperation (including through the transfer of goods, services, or technology) between North Korea and Iran relating to their respective nuclear, ballistic missile development, chemical or biological weapons development, or conventional weapons programs; the names of any Iranian or North Korean persons that have knowingly engaged in or directed— the provision of material support to such programs; or the exchange of information between North Korea and Iran with respect to such programs; and a determination whether any of the activities described in paragraphs
(1)and
(2)violate United Nations Security Council Resolution 2231 (2015). The report required under subsection
(a)shall be submitted in unclassified form but may contain a classified annex.
