Section 610 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (124 Stat. 1596) is amended— by striking subsection (b); and by redesignating subsection
(c)as subsection (b). The amendments made by subsection
(a)of this section shall take effect as though enacted as part of section 610 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (124 Stat. 1611).
