The following provisions of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act are repealed: Section 412. Section 415. Section 416. Section 417. The table of contents in section 1(b) of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act is amended by striking the items relating to sections 412, 415, 416, and 417.
