The Consumer Financial Protection Act of 2010 ( 12 U.S.C. 5481 et seq.) is amended— in section 1021(c)— by striking paragraph (3); and by redesignating paragraphs (4), (5), and

(6)as paragraphs (3), (4), and (5), respectively; in section 1022, by striking subsection (c); and in section 1026(b), by striking , and to assess and detect risks to consumers and consumer financial markets .
