Section 8 of the Export-Import Bank Act of 1945 ( 12 U.S.C. 635g ), as amended by sections 204, 205(b), and 208(b) of this Act, is further amended by adding at the end the following: The Bank shall include in its annual report to Congress under subsection
(a)the total number of Bank employees who are required to file a financial disclosure statement pursuant to the Ethics in Government Act of 1978 (5 U.S.C. App.), a clear and concise summary of the financial disclosure requirements that apply to Bank employees, and a summary of the rights of the public to access financial disclosures made by Bank employees. .
