Section 2(b)(1)(E)(i) of the Export-Import Bank Act of 1945 ( 12 U.S.C. 635(b)(1)(E)(i) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: The Bank shall provide technical assistance to small businesses on how to apply for financial assistance provided by the Bank (such as through training classes and online webinars). .
