(16)the following: The term early childhood education program has the meaning given the term in section 103 of the Higher Education Act of 1965. ; in paragraph (35)(A) (as redesignated by paragraph (1))— in clause (i), by striking the teachers teach and inserting as well as other learning standards (such as social, emotional, and physical development and approaches to learning) ; in clause (iii), by inserting and other learning standards after academic content standards ; in clause (v)(II), by striking or short term ; and in clause (viii)(I), by striking content standards, and inserting content standards and other learning standards (such as social, emotional, and physical development and approaches to learning), and State early learning guidelines, ; and by adding at the end the following: The term universal design for learning has the meaning given the term in section 103 of the Higher Education Act of 1965. .
