The amendments made by this title shall take effect as if enacted as part of title I of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act ( 29 U.S.C. 3111 et seq. ), consistent with subsections
(b)and
(c)of section 506 of such Act ( 29 U.S.C. 3101 note).
