Section 246(a) of the Trade Act of 1974 ( 19 U.S.C. 2318(a) ) is amended— in paragraph (3)(B)— in clause (ii), by striking $50,000 and inserting $55,000 ; and in clause (iii)(I), by striking and is not enrolled and inserting whether or not the worker is enrolled ; and in paragraph (5), by striking $10,000 each place it appears and inserting $12,000 .
