Section 233(a)(3) of the Trade Act of 1974 ( 19 U.S.C. 2293(a)(3) ) is amended in the matter preceding subparagraph
(A)by striking 65 additional weeks in the 78-week period and inserting 78 additional weeks in the 91-week period . Section 233(f) of the Trade Act of 1974 ( 19 U.S.C. 2293(f) ) is amended by striking 13 each place it appears and inserting 26 .
