Sec. 211. Effective dates

Except as provided in subsections

(b)and (c), this title and the amendments made by this title shall take effect on the date that is 1 year after the date of the enactment of this Act. The following shall take effect on the date of the enactment of this Act: The amendments made by subsections (a)(5) and (b)(3)(A) of section 204. Sections 205(b), 206(c), 207(b), and 208(b). Subsections

(b)and

(c)of section 203. Section 206, except for subsection

(c)of such section, shall take effect on the date that is 180 days after the promulgation of regulations under such subsection.
