Sec. 356. Evaluation and identification of best practices regarding education and academic support

The Secretary shall— identify and evaluate the services available for elementary school and secondary school students to meet academic expectations for grade-level work, timely graduate secondary school, and obtain employment, as appropriate; and publish and disseminate best practices regarding the services described in paragraph (1). The Secretary shall provide technical assistance to local educational agencies in order to increase capacity of administrative leaders to replicate the best practices described in subsection (a)(2).
