Section 2123(a) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 6623(a) ) is amended by inserting after paragraph
(8)the following: Carrying out programs that train teachers in the topics of nutrition, fitness, and wellness, in order to enable the teachers to provide and incorporate instruction in such topics to other teachers and to students. .
