Section 1130 of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1320a–9 ) is amended— in subsection (a)— in paragraph (2), by adding at the end the following: There shall be no limit on the number of demonstration projects authorized by the Secretary for any fiscal year after fiscal year 2014. ; and by striking subsection
(d)and inserting the following: A demonstration project under this section may be conducted for not more than 5 years, unless in the judgment of the Secretary, the demonstration project should be allowed to continue. .
