Section 2706 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1396a note) is amended— in subsection (a)(2), by striking 2016 and inserting 2019 ; and in subsection (e), by striking appropriated and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting the following: appropriated to carry out this section— for fiscal year 2014, such sums as are necessary; for each of fiscal years 2015 through 2019, $100,000,000; and for the period beginning on October 1, 2019, and ending on December 31, 2019, $25,000,000. .
