Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, and annually thereafter, the Ambassador-at-Large, in coordination with the Special Advisor to the USAID Administrator on Children in Adversity, shall submit to Congress a report on implementation of the Action Plan for Children in Adversity, including the technical assistance provided under section 101(c)(3)(D).
