In this section, the term map means the Preferred Alternative, as drawn in Figure II.C.1 in the Northeast National Petroleum Reserve–Alaska, Integrated Activity Plan/Environmental Impact Statement Record of Decision, dated October 1998. The Secretary shall offer one or more area-wide oil and gas lease sales in areas identified on the map as Available for Oil & Gas Leasing .
