Section 747 of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 293k ) is amended— in subsection (b)(3)(E), by striking vulnerable populations and inserting individuals with a mental illness or substance use disorder or other vulnerable populations, ; and in subsection (c)— in paragraph (1), by striking $125,000,000 and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting $168,000,000 for the period of fiscal years 2017 through 2021. ; and in paragraph (3), by striking 2010 through 2014 and inserting 2017 through 2021 .
