Sec. 132. Sense of the Senate on revision of the Hatch Act

It is the sense of the Senate that clause

(i)of section 7323(b)(2)(B) of title 5, United States Code, should be amended to include any employee of the Department of the Treasury who is primarily responsible for matters relating to organizations which are exempt from taxation pursuant to section 501(c) or 527 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
