For each of fiscal years 2016 through 2020, the sum of the amounts made available under subsections
(b)and
(c)for that year shall be used for the purposes of providing vocational rehabilitation services and information referral services under section 375 to individuals with disabilities who satisfy the eligibility criteria specified in section 374. Subject to section 373(e), for the purposes described in subsection (a), there is authorized to be appropriated and there is appropriated for fiscal year 2016 the amount of the appropriation under section 100(b)(1) of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 ( 29 U.S.C. 720(b)(1) ), as in effect on the day before the effective date of this title, for fiscal year 2015, increased by the percentage change in the Consumer Price Index determined under section 100(c) of that Act ( 29 U.S.C. 720(c) ), as in effect on that day. Subject to section 373(e), for the purposes described in subsection (a), there is authorized to be appropriated and there is appropriated for fiscal year 2017 and each succeeding fiscal year the amount of the appropriation under this subsection for the immediately preceding fiscal year, increased by the percentage change in the Consumer Price Index, as so determined. There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subtitle— $54,466,000 for fiscal year 2016; $51,056,000 for fiscal year 2017; $52,162,000 for fiscal year 2018; $53,360,000 for fiscal year 2019; and $54,466,000 for fiscal year 2020.
