The Secretary shall, to the extent practicable, make available lactose-free milk with an extended shelf life for use in the commodity distribution program authorized under section 14 of the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1762a ). The milk described in subsection
(a)shall, to the extent practicable, be made available in a size and form acceptable for and conducive to consumption by school-aged children.
