Section 105 of the Gulf of Mexico Energy Security Act of 2006 ( 43 U.S.C. 1331 note; Public Law 109–432 ) is amended— in subsection (a)(2)— in subparagraph (A), by striking and after the semicolon; in subparagraph (B)— by striking 25 and inserting 22 ; and by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: 3 percent to be used for projects that secure recreational public access to Federal land for hunting, fishing, or other recreational purposes in accordance with section 200306 of title 54, United States Code. ; and in subsection (f), by striking paragraph
(1)and inserting the following: Subject to paragraph (2), the total amount of qualified outer Continental Shelf revenues described in section 102(9)(A)(ii) that are made available under subsection (a)(2) shall not exceed— for each of fiscal years 2017 through 2026, $500,000,000; for each of fiscal years 2027 through 2036, $835,000,000; and for each of fiscal years 2037 through 2055, $705,000,000. .
