Section 414(c) of the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act ( 42 U.S.C. 11373(c) ) is amended— in the subsection heading, by inserting after , public housing agencies, and local redevelopment authorities ; and organizations in the first sentence, by inserting before the period at the end the following: , to public housing agencies (as defined under section 3(b)(6) of the United States Housing Act of 1937 ( . 42 U.S.C. 1437a(b)(6) )), or to local redevelopment authorities (as defined under State law)
