It is the sense of the Senate that— the amendments made by section 501 fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Committee on the Budget; and the final version of an amendment made by section 501 that makes an adjustment for new budget authority should be prepared in consultation with the Committee on the Budget of the Senate.
