Section 604(d) of the Healthy Forest Restoration Act of 2003 ( 16 U.S.C. 6591c(d) ), as amended by the Agricultural Act of 2014 ( Public Law 113–79 ), is further amended— in paragraph (5), by adding at the end the following: Notwithstanding the Materials Act of 1947 ( ; and 30 U.S.C. 602(a) ), the Director may enter into an agreement or contract under subsection (b). in paragraph (7), by striking and the Director .
