(g)and inserting subsections

(h); in subsection (g)(2), in the matter before subparagraph (A), by inserting and subsection
(h)after paragraphs
(3)and
(5); and by adding at the end the following new subsection: Subsections
(f)and
(g)shall not apply to Puerto Rico beginning with fiscal year 2017. . Section 1903(u) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1396b(u) ) is amended by striking Puerto Rico, . Section 1323(c)(1) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act ( 42 U.S.C. 18043(c)(1) ) is amended by striking ending with 2019 and inserting the following: “ending with— for purposes of payment pursuant to subsection
(a)to Puerto Rico, 2016; and for purposes of payment pursuant to subsection
(a)to another territory, 2019. . The amendments made by this section shall apply beginning with fiscal year 2017.
