The Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act ( 16 U.S.C. 661 et seq. ) is amended— in section 2(a) ( 16 U.S.C. 662(a) )— by striking Interior, and with the and inserting Interior, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Department of Commerce, the ; and by inserting and the head of any potentially impacted coastal state (as defined in section 304 of the Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972 ( ; and 16 U.S.C. 1453 ), in section 8 ( 16 U.S.C. 666b ), by adding and fisheries (as those terms are defined in section
(3)of the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act ( after 16 U.S.C. 1802 )) fishes .
