Section 318(a) ( 16 U.S.C. 1464(a) ) is amended to read as follows: There is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary, to remain available until expended— for grants under sections 306, 306A, and 309, $80,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2017 through 2021; and for grants under section 315, $25,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2017 through 2021. .
