Sec. 11. Water rights in certain Federal land

The instream flow water rights of the Tribes in or adjacent to the land described subsection (b), as described in the Compact, are confirmed. The land referred to in subsection

(a)is— Bitterroot National Forest; Flathead National Forest; Kootenai National Forest; Lolo National Forest; and the National Bison Range Complex and affiliated Waterfowl Production Areas.
