The purpose of this Act is to facilitate enhanced coordination and cooperation among Federal, State, and Alaska Native Corporation and tribal land and resource managers in the implementation of the Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act ( 16 U.S.C. 3101 et seq. ) and other applicable land and resource management laws.
