Section 878 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 ( 6 U.S.C. 458 ) is amended by striking subsection (f).
(a)Section 705(a) of the Office of National Drug Control Policy Reauthorization Act of 1998 ( 21 U.S.C. 1704(a) ) is amended by striking paragraph (3).
(b)Section 1902(a)(13) of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 ( 6 U.S.C. 592(a)(13) ) is amended by striking an annual and inserting a biennial .
(c)Section 1907 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 ( 6 U.S.C. 596a ) is amended— in subsection (a)— in the subsection heading, by striking and inserting Annual ; Biennial in paragraph (1)— in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking once each year— and inserting once every other year— ; and in subparagraph (C)— in clause (i), by striking the previous year and inserting the previous 2 years ; and in clause (iii), by striking the previous year. and inserting the previous 2 years. ; and in paragraph (2), by striking once each year, and inserting once every other year, ; and in subsection (b)— in the subsection heading, by striking and inserting Annual ; Biennial in paragraph (1), by striking of each year, and inserting of every other year, ; and in paragraph (2), by striking annual and inserting biennial .
