The position of Director of Shared Services in the Department is abolished. of the director of counternarcotics enforcement The Homeland Security Act of 2002 ( 6 U.S.C. 101 et seq. ) is amended— in section 843(b)(1)(B) ( 6 U.S.C. 413(b)(1)(B) ), by striking by— and all that follows through the end and inserting by the Secretary; and ; by repealing section 878 ( 6 U.S.C. 458 ); and in the table of contents in section 1(b) ( Public Law 107–296 ; 116 Stat. 2135), by striking the item relating to section 878.
