Of the unobligated balances from amounts made available in fiscal year 2016 for the Comprehensive Loan Accounting System under the heading Rural Development, Salaries and Expenses , $19,500,000 are hereby rescinded. For an additional amount for Rural Development, Salaries and Expenses , $19,500,000, to remain available until September 30, 2018, is provided for Information Technology modernization activities.
