Section 4811(c) of the Atomic Energy Defense Act ( 50 U.S.C. 2791(c) ) is amended— by striking
(c)and inserting the following: Funding .—Of the funds Of the funds ; and by adding at the end the following new paragraph: The amount specified for such laboratories pursuant to paragraph
(1)may not be used to cover the costs of such laboratories for general and administrative overhead. . The amendments made by subsection
(a)shall take effect on the first day of the first fiscal year beginning after the date of the enactment of this Act.
