Subsection (a)(2) of section 4706 of the Atomic Energy Defense Act ( 50 U.S.C. 2746 ) is amended by striking $3,000,000 and inserting $5,000,000 . Subsection
(b)of such section is amended by striking $1,000,000 each place it appears and inserting $2,000,000 .
